Baked Pineapple Dish
1 20oz Can Crushed Pineapple
2 Cups Sugar (1 Cup White & 1 Cup Brown)
2 Eggs, Beaten Well
1 Stick Butter, Melted
1/2 Cup Carnation Evaporated Milk (1 Small Can)
12 Graham Crackers Crushed (1 Individually Wrapped Package)
Mix all together and pour over crushed pineapple, that's been drained. Baked at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Use a square baking dish & spray w/ non-stick cooking spray.

Spinach Casserole
2 Boxes Cooked Drained Spinach
(Cook 5 min in microwave in non-metalic box that's been cut to vent)
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Stick Butter, Softened
1 Cup Stuffing Mix
Mix Stuffing mix w/ 1/2 stick of melted butter & sit aside. Mix cream cheese, spinach and 1/2 stick of butter. Then top w/ the stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Cream Cheese Bars
2 (8oz) Cresent Rolls
2 (8oz) Cream Cheese
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Egg Yolk
1 Egg White
1/3 Cup Sugar (Topping)
2 tsp Cinnamon (Topping)
Spread one package crescent rolls in bottom of 9x13 pan. Combine cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla. Beat until creamy and spread over crescent rolls. Top with second package of crescent rolls. Beat egg white until frothy and spread on top. Sprinkle with mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Do not cover.

Pumpkin Loaf
2 Cups White Sugar
4 Eggs
1 1/4 Cups Crisco Oil
2 Cups Pumpkin
Beat these four ingredients well and add:
3 Cups Flour
1 Small tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon each of Salt, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Allspice.
Add a handful of chopped or rolled nutmeats if desired.
Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.

These are also organic, high in fiber, low in protein and low-fat! 1 c. oat flour 1 c. brown rice flour 1 c. canned pumpkin (or fresh pureed pumpkin) 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 egg 1/3 c. water Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients together and mix until a dough forms. Roll into small balls (to fit the size that each dog will tolerate) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet (they can be close together since they don't spread while cooking). Bake 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. (Submitted by Effie Kilpatrick)
